Insurance Companies are NOT your "Good Neighbors" and NOT on "Your Side". They want you to believe you are in "Good Hands", but their responsibility is to protect the profits of their shareholders. In other words, their sole objective is to pay the least amount of money that they are legally obligated to. This is why you need a lawyer, whether or not you choose my firm.
Personal Injury:
In my 30 years of practice
I am personally responsible for settling
over $300,000,000.00 in personal injury cases.
Foreclosure:
Since entering the foreclosure area in 2012,
I have personally won over 12 homes for my clients.
In other words their mortgage was deemed to be null and void.
In my 30 years of practice, I have found that clients wait to the
last minute to consult a lawyer because they are embarrassed.
Never feel embarrassed as your next-door neighbor, family member,
best friend, etc, are more than likely to have consulted one.
